(June 9, 2026) Focal is expanding its Bathys MG wireless headphone lineup with a new Graphene Grey finish, offering a more understated alternative to the existing Chestnut color option.

Inspired by mineral tones and raw materials, Graphen Grey brings a subdued aesthetic to what remains Focal's flagship wireless headphone platform. The new finish joins the lineup without changing the underlying design or feature set that defines the Bathys MG.

Internally, the Bathys MG continues to rely on Focal's magnesium drivers, which are designed and manufactured in France. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.2 multipoint connectivity for simultaneous device pairing and feature active noise cancellation with multiple listening modes tailored to different environments.

For listeners seeking higher-resolution playback, the Bathys MG also functions as a USB-DAC, supporting wired audio up to 24-bit/192kHz. Additional features include extended battery life, onboard controls, and access to customization settings through the companion Focal & Naim app.

With the addition of Graphen Grey, the Bathys MG is now available in two finishes. Chestnut remains in the lineup for those who prefer a warmer, more distinctive look, while Graphen Grey offers a more restrained option designed to blend into virtually any setting.

The Focal Bathys MG Graphen Grey will be available beginning in late June 2026 with a suggested retail price of $1,499. For more information, visit: Focal Bathys MG.
