(June 15, 2026) Monitor Audio has unveiled the Radius Series 4G, the latest generation of its compact loudspeaker lineup. Featuring updated drivers, refined crossover designs, and enhanced installation flexibility, the new range is designed to deliver high-quality sound across a wide variety of applications. The series comprises three speaker models—the Radius 1, Radius 3, and Radius On-Wall—supported by a collection of purpose-built accessories including custom floor stands, vibration-isolating desk pads, and dedicated wall-mounting solutions. Together, they create a system capable of serving everything from discreet stereo setups and immersive home theaters to desktop listening spaces, multi-room audio systems, and commercial installations.

At the heart of the Radius Series 4G are several updates designed to elevate performance within the compact speaker category. Monitor Audio continues to rely on its proprietary C-CAM (Ceramic-Coated Aluminum/Magnesium) driver technology, but this latest iteration incorporates the company's RST III (Rigid Surface Technology) cone geometry. According to Monitor Audio, the revised cone profile further reduces breakup and resonance behavior, contributing to more accurate and natural sound reproduction. The series also introduces a completely redesigned C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter that employs an external magnet motor system rather than the more traditional internal puck magnet arrangement. The crossover networks have also undergone extensive refinement, with careful measurement, listening sessions, and component selection aimed at preserving signal integrity between amplifier and drivers.

Monitor Audio says the Radius Series 4G also benefits from special attention paid to cabinet construction and mechanical design. Through-Bolt Driver Bracing secures the drive units directly to the rear of the cabinet, increasing structural rigidity while helping reduce unwanted chassis resonance. The company's HiVe II port technology also returns to promote smoother airflow and tighter bass performance. In fact, the port on the new Radius 3 model has been enlarged by 50 percent compared to the previous generation, helping extract even greater low-frequency performance from its compact enclosure.

The company has also paid attention to how Radius 4G fits into real-world spaces. Optional floor stands feature wooden tripod legs with integrated cable routing, while Desk Pads add vibration isolation and a subtle upward tilt for desktop applications. Dedicated wall brackets further expand placement options depending on the chosen model.

Pricing for the Radius Series 4G starts at $525 per pair for the Radius 1 4G and $725 per pair for the Radius 3 4G. The Radius On-Wall 4G is priced at $575 each. Optional accessories include the Radius Floor Stand 4G at $395 per pair, the Radius Desk Pad 4G at $40 per pair, the MASM Wall Bracket at $35 each, and the FIX-M Wall Bracket at $55 each. Availability is scheduled for June 2026.
