Perhaps a misunderstanding may is there have occurred,
These positions are from one of my projects that had to be fundamentally altered at the outset.
It does not matter, we forget about this idea and we are going forward. Rear- speakers project :
The loudspeakers are "SEAS"- Excel T25CF002-1", W18EX001- 6,5"
Everything is handmade, no "CNC" machine is used.

The rear speakers are a priority - they are sold out and I have to do them by the end of the year.

Hello,
A model of my DIY loudspeakers i have served Ti6k- JBL. My first contact with
them, was in distant 2005.
I started working with them in 2009 and finished in 2012.
The loudspeakers are "SEAS"- Excel / Tw-1”, Mw-5”for center 2х 5.5”,Bass-8,5”/ and cross-over parts- "Intertechnik".

Nominal impedance- 8 OhFreguency Range 30Hz-20kHzCharacterstic Sensitivity(2,83V/1m)- 87db
Long Term-110W.
Have are some pictures, if there is interest, i will continue.

However, we reach the point where we have to measure the internal volume of the column. I am registered in more than 35 "DIY" sites and when I am asking the question , how i was made it - whether I have the right answer?

From waste material I made this gadget ,that takes part in the measurements and when assembling the cabinet:

A few pieces a cherry waste - masiv and MDF .

I love your speakers so much that I am going to try curved sides on my DIY Synergy horn build. Would it work out for me to back cut the MDF to get the curve or should I use bendable plywood with the finish being veneer either way? This is just a rough draft as I need to get the horn made first then I will know how much the curve will be... I am assuming I can make it much gentler.The horn will be around 31" wide and 27" deep, and 27" high. Any advice would be appreciated.

Everything I see is very nice, but if you bend the shape the way I see it on the millimeter paper/ see the top and bottom halves/, you better not do it, excuse me!

I will post up some pics of the horn assembly as soon as I get the horn part.
