It is a Windows feature. Your issues are not with REW, your computer is in a mess, perhaps lacking its audio drivers. There is no point trying anything with REW until that is fixed.

Right click on the Windows Start Button and select Control Panel, then select Hardware and Sound and then Device Manager.

Best bet may be to go to the website of your computer manufacturer and download & install audio drivers for it from there.

The UMIK is still not appearing. Do you have devices showing in the Windows Recording and Playback devices lists now? Is the UMIK there?

They are not taken with Pink Noise or music. The measurements use a log sweep, a signal that starts at a low frequency and sweeps up to a high frequency. There should not be any other signal. It is possible to use a pink noise signal to look at the frequency response on the RTA, but that does not produce phase data or an impulse response.

Your preferences screenshot shows you have a cal file (63636...) loaded as the soundcard cal file. There should not be a soundcard cal file when measuring with a USB mic, only a mic cal file which appears on the Mic/Meter tab. Remove the file on the soundcard preferences tab and load it on the mic/meter tab instead, that way REW should be able to use the sensitivity information in it.

The good news is your measurement looks normal, though there are some severe resonances (e.g. 70 Hz) and a lot of background noise.

Another question if I may. When I select the EQ function it only covers a range up to 6500Hz or so. Why not up to 15,000?

There's no need to keep posting the debug files, that was just an aid to see what audio devices were recognised. The miniDSP units do not use XML files for filter settings, the miniDSP's advanced biquad option accepts a text file of filter coefficients as produced by REWs 'Save filter coefficients to file' option in the Filter Tasks pane of the EQ window. The range over which the EQ operates will depend on the match range selected and how the response compares to the target. REW will not attempt to boost the response below the lowest frequency at which it falls below the target or above the highest. In general it is a bad idea to apply automatic EQ above about 200 Hz, see the help for more on that.
