Jeff “Skunk” Baxter laid down some licks that are permanently imprinted on my neural pathways. It seems he also managed an interesting career as a consultant with the Department of Defense and having a high level security clearance. Never would have guessed that back in the 70s, while taking in the music as a fat one was being passed around.

Here’s an interview he did with Rick Beato around a year ago. He’s got some good stories.
