My recording session of a Tinsley Ellis album. Unfortunately, my C300 (bottom deck) stopped working..take up side stopped turning.

I swapped out the C300 for a KX-800 to complete the 2nd tape.

Yesterday's listening was a bit eclectic. Starting with jazz as I was baking, 13-14 dozen soft molasses cookies but then moved onto something harder once baking was done.

And I picked this CD up precisely because it had Fame 90 on it. The original is great too of course, but a show at the old Bahstun Gahdun (Boston Garden) in the latter 70s is my favorite auditory memory of it. Or maybe I’m just conflating that with memories of the young ladies earlier in the show who had misplaced their shirts, but seemed to really enjoy dancing in the center aisle to the Jean Genie just the same. Shame they were escorted away. Perhaps the officers were only helping them re-locate the missing shirts?
