Well, I will start this section showing off my setup in our basement.

My plans are to build a small stage for under the speakers rather than having them on milk crates and cinderblocks LOL
The room is 17ft wide and 35ft long with two rows of seating with the back row on a riser that also acts as a bass trap as its open on the front and full of insulation.

EV sentry 500 studio monitors across the front and a Jamestown 120" 2:35:1 screen

SVS PB13u sub along the side wall

In the A/V rack I have an Onkyo 805, Yamaha YDP2006EQ, Samson Servo 600 amp, Panasonic BDT220, Nintendo WiiU and a Panasonic PT-AE8000 projector.
For a remote I use a Harmony 1100 and the surround speakers are Mission 762i's
I have an old iPod classic for music and a recently acquired Denon DT625 CD/tape player.

Very cool Tony, I notice you are the first to post here, it is scary or sumthin ??

LOL, I actually hate being first in line. But I guess someone has to start.

Nice looking room, Tony!

Alright, Jack... you've got some great looking stuff. You need to create a room thread ASAP!

By request from Jack I will move his posts into his own thread Here

Tony, I too have the remote group on my table next to the mlp, i do wish there was on remote to rule them all.

I bet your room rocks out during a good movie, I wish I was close enough to hear it. :)

Nice work Tony... that sure is a hand full of remotes there. MX-890 will handle them all for you. :T

It must be nice to have basements. That's a nice sized room. Nice looking setup.

I have a Harmony 1100 that I am using. it was in its charger at the time of the picture

Yes, basements are nice to work with but they can be a bit cool in the winter months. My wife hates being down there if its cold.

Love the red, white and blue that make up the walls and screen! Are those front three the L/C/R, or do you have more behind the screen?

Thanks. Just the 3 EVs you see, nothing behind the screen. When Im sitting in the front row the tweeters are firing right at me so the location is actually really good. It just puts the screen a little higher up than I would like but it works.

That's the beauty of this awesome hobby... making things work!
