Starter questions

Some basic questions:
1. I am going to download AL for the first time to have an initial play. Presumably I should download the latest version
7.2 ?
2. At the end of Mitch’s article on AL5 on Audiophile Style he links a help guide for AL5. Has the guide been updated anywhere - there is no mention of it on the AL website as far as I can see.

1 I recommend the latest.

2 There is a helpfilr attached. Not 100% updated, but still relevant. And Mitch’s articles are still 100% relevant.
