I'm trying to calibrate my sound card but I keep on getting the message that the hghes level of the measured input is too low.
I believe I connected everything according to instructions. I tried searching online for answers, but I don't have a clue.
My sound card is a RME Fireface UC
Mic pre 1 is configured as input, mic pre 2 als loopback.
The xlr that usually goes to my into right speaker is connected to the loopback. I can set the levels for the tst tone, but at calibration something keeps on going wrong.
I'll ad some screenshots of my setup.
What am I missing here?

Calibration results:
Input device: Fireface UC Mac (23582181)
Input: Fireface UC Mac (23582181) (Mic/Line 1)
Channel: Left
Output device: Fireface UC Mac (23582181)
Output: Fireface UC Mac (23582181)
Input RMS target: -12.0 dB
Actual RMS at 1 kHz: -69.1 dB
Sample rate: 44100 Hz

20 Hz .. 20 kHz flatness: +13.4, -56.4 dB
-3 dB points: 998.9 Hz, 1.003 kHz

You probably don't need Loopback and it is quite a troublemaker. Afaik RME have an additional driver to talk to the OS. It is difficult to get all these systems to play nice together.

Soundcard calibration calibrates the measurement input, so your output needs to be connected to that.
