Just wanted to know if its possible to allow for Animated Gifs in the Avitar ? I tried two different ones I have and they dont show anything but the first frame.

Its interesting because when I upload it to this site it shows the animation in the Avatar window but when posting it only shows up as the first frame.

Another observation, We may need a "general A/V discussions" topic section. Often there are discussions that dont have a dedicated audio or video topic or cover all topics in one post but still fit in that category.

We already have a lot of forums, and there will, no doubt, be some adjusting, but we want to run with what we have for a bit and see what posts we get that don't really fit and create categories that fit those if possible.

I am told by the developer that it is not possible to get Windows Phone 8.1 working. He stated the 8.1 browser is old and outdated and would not work with responsive sites for some reason. Have you thought about upgrading to 10?

I have thought about it. My phone wont do the update. I would have to purchase a new model phone to get WP 10. Eventually down the line I may do that. Thanks for looking into it though.

That's Google and other SEO robots scanning our site. You are likely to see quite a few of those on a continual basis. It's how they rank sites for search information.

Not blind, just a little tricky! I had the same problem trying to figure out how to display my own posts.

Hover your cursor over your username in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then click on SIGNATURE. Done!

Okay, here's another one:
Can you change how links are displayed? Aren't they usually underlined or at least a different color? As far as I can tell, there's little to no difference between a posted link and surrounding text. TIA!

I agree, that is one that should be a different color or underlined. You cant tell if its a link in a post otherwise.

Strange, I dont get that option. I get a bunch of other preferences but no "signature" one in the list.

lol... There were some "Moderator" permission settings that I apparently forget to set. Hopefully you will see it now.

Animated avatars are available for staff, members who reach the "Senior Member" status at 100 posts and premium members (once we get that setup).

I will work on the link being underlined and colored differently. That also bothers me. In the meantime, you can underline it and change the color manually when creating it.

IF i select the 3 dots on the top, and select tools on my android tablet takes me to the main forum page...no options listed for tools. If I scroll down the left side and select tools it works...for some reason it won't work when selected from the top bar though on my setup.

If you are seeing three dots, try zooming out on your browser to see the whole tool bar and all the tabs there (CTRL-). Even so, you should be seeing the tools menu when you hover over the three dots. What browser are you using.
