Wow... the stars just keep falling.

I've always been a fringe fan of 007 flicks, but have fond memories of Roger Moore playing Bond.

Wow, that is another loss for the industry.

R.I.P. Roger - You will be missed and remembered!
Moore is best known as the man who replaced Sean Connery in the James Bond franchise. He portrayed James Bond in seven "007" films between 1973 and 1985:
  1. 1973 - Live and Let Die
  2. 1974 - The Man With The Golden Gun
  3. 1977 - The Spy Who Loved Me
  4. 1979 - Moonraker
  5. 1981 - For Your Eyes Only
  6. 1983 - Octopussy
  7. 1985 - A View To A Kill

Sad to wake up to hear this news. Although, at 89, at least he didn't go "Too soon" like many of the more recent industry losses we've seen.

My favorite Bond movies of his are "The Spy Who Loved Me," "For Your Eyes Only," and "Live and Let Die."

Not as good as Sean for me... but I did like him. He wasn't all that old was he? or maybe he was.

Half your age at 89, Sonnie! o_O

Well then... If I can live to be half his age, I'll be doing good.

I can remember my aunts & uncles talking about loosing friends at family reunions...meaning they were around that age also and...well...:gulp:!!! I had no idea he was 89, thought he was more our age.

I really enjoyed his acting, will be missed.
