REW and RME: How to Generate EQ tailored for RME ADI-2 using REW?

Hi Folks. Newbie here. I have performed my first measurement with UMIK-1 and REW. I need your help to understand how to generate & translate my EQ measurements into RME parameters.

I could not find a way to generate EQ according to RME parameters and capabilities. I tried using Generic EQ with 7 filters but didn't work out well. Please note that: RME has 5 EQ + 2 (Bass/Treble)

- Please see my measurement as attached
- I measured with sub-on crossover 60hz
- I use a custom Herman house curve, that I found online as follows:

• 31.5 6
• 40 5.9
• 50 5.5
• 63 4.9
• 80 3.7
• 100 2.5
• 125 1.3
• 160 0.6
• 200 0.2
• 250 0
• 1000 -1
• 32000 -6

Please let me know if there is any recommended setting for generating EQ.

I attempted to generally answer how one might use REW to generate filters given the limitations of the RME PEQ before. Perhaps unsuccessfully, but FWIW here’s the thread.

EQ filter calculation for not listed device

My device (RME ADI2 -DAC) is not listed in REW, but I would like to calculate the filters with REW. I have tried the "generic" device. Results look ok, but I cannot copy the results as my device has limiations such as - number of bands = 5 - gain is limited to -12 to +12 - each band is not...

I read your post. It somehow made sense to me. Even though, I still have some confusion on how to tailor the EQ generation based on RME capabilities. As you know, RME used to have 5 EQ lines, however, since then they added Base and Treble as EQ lines, so there will be 7 EQ in total. What I’m very confused about is, how to tell REW to add base/and treble (as an EQ line) to generate a 7 line EQ. I am totally confused about how to generate/filter EQs. If you give me some tips on how to go step by step I would appreciate it.
