My First Foray into REW!

First some info,
Goal
I have only one goal with REW. That is to as perfectly as I can, integrate my subwoofer with my line arrays for music.
Equipment
Windows Laptop
M-Audio Mobile Pre
EMC8000
DSP1124P
iNuke 3000 amp
DIY 12" Sealed Sub
So Far.....
I 'think' I have everything setup correctly and I am taking accurate measurements. I am still definitely at the tinkering stage since
this is all new to me. I did a first initial run and now I've tried a couple filters to see how they effect my results.
The two filters included below are 1.) 63Hz 30 Bandwidth -15 gain 2.) 40Hz 15 Bandwidth -5 gain.
I took these measurements at my favorite listening level which is about -10db on my HTP (I'm using an Athem D2).

There is a lot of oscillation in the soundcard cal file at the top end, better not using that. The response is flat enough not to need it in any case. Could probably do with increasing the mic preamp gain a bit.
