Looks great Lou, how do those new speakers sound now that you have them diled in?

What a space!!!! Love it!

I like those LP crates... when I had my collection I used rectangular milk crates that I'd "borrow" from the local convenience store (pretty sure they said it was ok...;-)

Looks like you're running an SB16 sub right now? Which PSA is in that box?

Thanks, Tony! I had a lot of help.

They're very easy to like, and non-fatiguing over the long haul. Presently, I wait all day to get back home for a listening/viewing session, and I'm thrilled by the system's performance. The new matching center rallies the front stage into the cohesive presentation I've been craving - the L/C/R just work right together. And sub integration is the best it's ever been (getting it out of the corner was key). Imaging is not of the reach-out-and-touch variety I remember in the dedicated stereo room, but it's strong enough to make you get out of your seat and put an ear up to the center speaker to hear if it's on or not. The stage is constricted to just outside the cabinets - not at all what I know them to be capable of. As set up in my Now Defunct Stereo config, the sidewalls sonically disappeared! This enthusiast is never really satisfied with his handiwork for long, so as he becomes more familiar with what's to like/dislike, he'll be after that next stage of improvement.

And thank you, too, Todd!
Almost right! You caught me during sub shopping, and the SVS is actually an older, smaller model (can't remember which). Can you imagine the space eaten up by a 16" in that room?!
The big box has Jack's PSA-XV15, which he so kindly lugged from his home to mine. We wound up sealing a deal, and I still have it to this day.

That looks like a nice cosy spot with some nice gear..Well done.:T

I see you decided to add an extra seat... is that for man's best friend?

I have never heard Revel speakers, but always heard good things about them. I think I tried to get in a listen at Axpona in one of the rooms with Revel speakers, but got distracted somewhere along the way.

Do you have a full list of all of your current equipment?

Nice little space you got there. :T

Really nice room, Lou, I know you've put a lot of work into it.

A good friend of mine just bought some entry level Revel, I like 'em a lot and she loves 'em.

Wow, nice progression! The room has turned out really nicely.
Thanks for noticing! It's been a long journey!

Appreciated :)

I always enjoy your sense of humor! I'll. We'd to re is it my list to see what's missing.

Really nice room, Lou, I know you've put a lot of work into it.
Thanks, and couldn't have done it without a lot of help, some of them over here. I'm grateful and look forward to sharing what I've learned!
