I have a major problem with sibilance, my tweeters are killing me!

You mentioned you have REW, why don’t post a graph so we can see how bad it is. And this issue just happened out of the blue in all the available Chanel’s?
I would start from the source and with that trace back any possibility of a upstream or down stream from the speakers.
Doubt that all the drivers suddenly fell apart. Did someone crank the out of them when you weren’t home? Etc

Given the description it sounds to me that you may have damaged the tweeters during the time when you said you pushed the volume past what you normally do. Also when you replaced the original ones with the new ones in your BICs did you replace the crossovers? Generally you can't just replace tweeters with whatever you want unless you modify the crossover as well.

Looking at that second graph at your listening position you are way too hot in the high end. You should never see levels that are flat (without a gradual slope dowards) after about 10kHz. At those levels your going to cause your ears to bleed. Just because you were able to go as loud as you thought when you pushed it you may have actually clipped your receivers amps and that can cause damage also.
I am suspecting that is the case.

Before you start swapping out the receiver understand that clipping the amps usually does not damage the amps unless really over driven it is just causing damage to the speakers. Think of it this way, clipping or distortion is when the sign wave tops and bottoms become flattened rather than a smooth curve. That causes the tweeter and woofer to move very sharply instead of smooth. Think of it this way, when driving a car and going around a corner you take the corner in a curve distortion is like turning the corner at a sharp 90 deg angle.

It sounds like the problem is in your ears. I would make an appointment with your audiologist and see if there is anything he can do/recommend.
