How to calibrate REW - IMPEDANCE

Could someone help me please?! After I installed the latest version of REW 5.20.14 - I can measure everything about SPL but nothing else works to measure impedance this java message always appears blocking the calibration measurements! what am I doing wrong? In the previous version 20.13 I was still able to do this quickly and safely but now I can't...

Despite using the main signal through the Left port of my Latitude E6410 notebook sound card (I did this before with no problems) the connections seem to be correct as below and the REW tutorial allows you to do the impedance using the main port for the Left channel.

Which 5.20.14 build have you installed? The build is the digits after ea in the filename. It may be easier to just download the latest build from the first post of the 5.20.14 early access thread.

If you get the error message with the latest build then when the error message appears there is a Details button on the message. Click that button, then click the button that says Copy to clipboard to copy the details to the clipboard and paste that here.

John did the reinstallation of Rew the old one was 5.20.14ea12 by the new one sent REW_windows-x64_5_20_14ea47, the calibration was apparently good, no more Java error, but is the speaker measurement too weird? 70 Ohms is not right! what I'm doing is wrong now my God!

You seem to be having trouble attaching the measurement, perhaps the file is too large. If your question is whether a speaker measurement can have a high impedance peak, then the answer is yes. This one is nominally a 6 ohm speaker.

Good lab practice is to "test" a non-inductive resistor of known value and see what you get.

Hi John! I tirelessly tested various types of measurements Impedance, impulse, frequency, etc... and nothing strange in Java happened in that version you sent me! I had the 5.20.14ea12 with problems only in the impedance measurement... now the REW is great and stable again for me in this new version 5.20.14ea47!
Thank you for your usual promptness and attention to REW forum participants!
