Extract 2.1 to stereo convolution WAV

I have a 4ch AL convolution filter I really like, the CFG file is shown below. I want to use this filter in another app that only supports stereo filters on the main bus, and stereo filters on the x-over bus. Is it possible to somehow copy channels 3-4 into a WAV, and the same for channels 0-1 into a different WAV?
