EV TL606DW subwoofers

You all probably think I'm nuts but anyway as I've said befor I have access to an abandoned theater that our company owns but is planning to tare down soon so I'm gathering up everything I can that's worth keeping or selling.
There are several EV TL606DW subwoofers in fairly good shape available. Given the specifications are for theater use they only go down to 30hz see below.

Do you think there is any value in taking these and selling?

There's a price for pretty much everything. I would guess that yes, it would be worthwhile.

Looking on line it seems they are really good as a bass bin for DJs in clubs, they are rated for 800watts at 4ohm

So I got 4 of the "subs" however one of the drivers is damaged in one of the boxes.
I am wondering if I was to buy a couple of 15" drivers that go deeper could I use one of these enclosures and tune it to go lower without modifications? Ive got an old QSC 1500 that I can use to drive it.
Maybe I will start a new thread on this.
