My system: HTPC with AES16E interface to Lynx Aurora 8 DAC. Normal operation is JRiver Media Center with 7.1 convolution filters created with Audiolense XO 6.13.

I am planning to connect an external audio source as S/PDIF (or more accurately AES) using available AES in channels on my AES16E audio interface. A good solution would be if Audiolense convolver could pick up the audio input, and process it through its convolution engine and then output it to the output channels of the same audio card.

Is this possible?

Yes, that's how the stand-alone version of the convolver works.
