Bass Hunters Episode 18: Sisu and a Review of Its Explosive LFE!

(February 15, 2023) On this episode of Bass Hunters, brought to you by our partners at Kaleidescape, Sutherland AV Marketing, and Ascendo, we harness the power of Kaleidescape's library to evaluate the 4K release of Sisu in 4K HDR with Dolby Atmos. Loaded with reference bass that's also demo-worthy, Sisu has a lot to offer when it comes to hard-hitting LFE.

If you'd like to support AV NIRVANA by purchasing a copy of Sisu, use the following links. We may receive a small commission from each sale, so thank you for supporting the forum!

Great review as usual. Love the FFT graphs. Easy to follow along. And Spoiler alerts

Too bad Kaleidesacpe isn't available in Australia. :(

Hurry up and get that Ascendo sub setup. What a great sponsor also.

Thanks, @chrapladm! I have to say, I think I might like the FFT more than the spectrogram!

I think we're close to getting that Ascendo date locked down. It's really tough to align 4 people in radically different time zones... especially when two of them traveling extensively!
