I recently purchased AL XO. It is installed on my Windows 10 (laptop) music server. When I launch AL XO, the setup dialog comes up (default 2.0). If I leave this alone or try a different setup and click to launch, the program disappears. When I reinstall the program, it loads just fine (and shows my license information). I proceeded to complete speaker setup and save it. Next time I launch AL XO, same problem. So, I reinstall the program, launch it, load the saved setup file. I have not gone any further than this step.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks, Marcus

Files could be missing from your operative system (dotnet, most likely), or WIndows Defender could prevent Audiolense from operating properly. I suspect the first one here. Refer to the brief installation guide on the download page at juicehifi.com
