Hello guys and girls, I'm having a little problem, I had some work carried out in my home cinema room, had ceiling lowered by about 20cm, 8 inches, with acoustic plasterboard, the ones with holes in it, and rock wool above it, and while re-doing calibration, using Rew and miniDSP 2x4hd, I can get a reasonable flat-ish curve, but as soon as I add Audyssey, it gives me a large null at around 110hz, and can't seem to clear it, by moving subs etc, is there anything I can do, apart for not using Audyssey?
Gerry

Is Audyssey trying to correct more then 1 seat ?

Can you measure it using REW? Play with the smoothing........how narrow is it? Is it on individual speaker measurements? Is you ceiling plasterboard or frame with perforated plaster tiles?

Yes the ceiling is perforated plasterboard with rock wool above it, the null it's quite narrow, managed to get rid of most of it today, by playing with the sub distance, and adjusting on the mini DSP, I'll listen and if I can't do more, I'll try another calibration by moving and adjusting subwoofers, thank you for your reply
