Hi all, I am missing bass with the latest measurement I took. I am using AL since a couple of years and haven't really changed anything in my setup. Setup is 2 Subs + 2 Mains, DAC is a RME ADI 2 Pro. I am using an IMG Mic Preamp and a IMG EC-40 calibrated Mic.
Any ideas greatly appreciated!
Thanks...

It appears you are trying to run 4 channels of correction with only 2 source channels available with an RME ADI 2 Pro DAC. This will not work with digital XO setup. If your subwoofers use plate amps which typically have LP filter capability, dial in the desired 78Hz filter there and set AL up for two main channels. Also, when preparing plots for comment or evaluation, consider setting the range on the Y-axis to about 50 or 60 dB so we can see what is going on.

The one thing that stands out here @specht007 is that your target is literally horizontal. To my years that type of target is very bass-thin unless I play extremely loud. Try to tilt the target, experiment with it. I typically find my sweet spot on a downslope around 2-6 dB, but there are many users who swear to much more than this.

As @juicehifi suggests, you might try a target that looks more like this...

Thanks guys, sorry for the slow response - I have caught a nasty cold. I am using a tilted target. That's the odd thing, I am re measuring every now and then, but I haven't changed a thing at least as I am aware of: Same Taget, same speaker setup, Sames Mic, same Mic Pre, same DAC, Same powerful speakers (Wilson Alexia) & subs (2 Rythmik F18s). Still I have significant lesser bass and overall fideliity compared to previous measurements.

The Adi 2 pro is a 8 Ch Dac with 4 analogoe and 4 digital outs.

And btw - I am having the same issue in our weekend house - with a completely different setup (Behringer Mic, Motu Ultralite MK4, Genelec 4020C, Sigberg Inkognito 10 Sub). Hence hypothesis that there's someting fundamentally wrong in my AL setup that I have accidentially altered.

Something may have changed in your Correction Procedure Designer? Maybe post a couple of screen shots of your settings and actual measurement file? I use a very similar tilted target as yours with Rythmik subs and bass is plentiful.

I can't think of anything...I don't see any option to post the measurement file unfortunately...

You can upload the file to Google Drive and then just insert the link here. What playback software are you using with the convolution filters? Maybe something in the player's setting has changed?
