With Over 40% Growth in the Past Two Years, Florida International Audio Expo 2026 Needs to be on Your Calendar

(September 18, 2025) It is never too early to start planning for one of the hottest audio shows in the Southeast. The Florida International Audio Expo is set to return for its eighth year, running from February 20 to 22, 2026, at the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel in Tampa, Florida. What began in 2017 has steadily grown into a major destination event, now boasting more than 100 exhibit spaces, live music, and seminars with industry leaders. Each year, the show has expanded in both size and scope, and FIAE 2026 looks to carry that momentum forward.

Part of the appeal is simple: in the chill of winter, Tampa offers a warm-weather escape that pairs perfectly with three days of listening to some of the world’s finest audio gear. Attendees can hear high-performance systems across every category of hi-fi in one place, rather than hunting down demos brand by brand. That means direct access to the sound and the people behind it, an experience that remains invaluable in an era when so much gear shopping has shifted online.

This year’s exhibitor list includes ATC Loudspeakers, AudioNote UK, Chesky Audio, Focal Naim, Gershman Acoustics, Next Level HiFi, Oneiros Audio, Pass Labs, Playback Distribution, SVS Audio, and VAC, just to name a few. And let's not forget car audio, which will once again share the spotlight with an invitational sound-quality competition hosted in partnership with Florida Sound Quality, IASCA Worldwide, and SQology.

Beyond the gear, the Sheraton Tampa Brandon has made upgrades to its lobby, including new seating areas and a Starbucks set to open later this year. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to nearby restaurants, attractions, and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, giving attendees even more to enjoy outside of the listening rooms.

Tickets are available now, and hotel rooms will sell out quickly, so it is wise to plan early. For more details, visit floridaaudioexpo.com.

Have you gone each of the last years?

Missed this year, so I’d really like to make it in February. Always great to get the chance to see what’s new and hang out with fellow enthusiasts!

I’ve never been. This past year was too hard with ISE and a trip to Europe. Haven’t decided how next year will look… but it might be the year?!? Who knows!

I’m volunteering now to help hoof your gear around if it’s a working trip. And we really should get a chance to meet before the Paris trip to the new Trinnov facility, anyway. ;)

Yes sir!! Paris here we come!

2 weeks to go...

Hope it’s again a great success and you have great show, @AJ Soundfield !

I’ll be out of state that week & weekend visiting family.

I saw that both Storm and Trinnov are having products represented this year and was looking forward to getting the opportunity to see and hear them.

Maybe next year!

Very cool Todd, looking forward to seeing you! When do you arrive? We usually have a industry meet/greet on Thur night down by the pool, with live music.

not sure yet... but will definitely be there Friday. What are you showing? Rooms?

Now I’m way more disappointed I can’t be there. :(
Aww man... bad timing!!

I'm coming for a few days, then sneaking out to see my boys play the Tigers in a little spring training action!

Cool, I'll have some small bookshelfs in the Suncoast Audiophile Society Shelton Rm (ground floor), some passive speakers in the Orchard Audio room 427, then in my room 435 I'll have a pair of active Titan towers powered by Orchard GaN dsp plate amps.
IF the stars and moon align, I will also have 5 active monitors in 435 to do a PSR demo. Hopefully including an in situ recording of the Thur night jazz band at pool...hence me asking your arrival. It should be interesting to hear from people who were there how it sounds via playback. I know, what is "PSR"?

Super cool you’re doing this and I enjoyed the article. I’m sad I’m going to miss it.
Does JJ know about this demo? He seems to be active on ASR. Same person I’m assuming.

I haven't told him yet because I haven't built the 5 speakers yet. Wednesday...hopefully.
The Titans are 22 drivers per speaker and must be measured far field...almost done

It was nice meeting Todd there. Unfortunately my PSR demo did not happen, I need to work on mic array placement and recording in PSR generally. Next year..;-). JS I swore I saw you or you Doppelganger......
