(January 12, 2018) AV NIRVANA is happy to celebrate the launch of Blade Runner 2049 on Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray with a Flash Giveaway! The contest is for a Blu-ray promotional copy of the smash-hit mega-blockbuster film!

Blade Runner 2049 was recently reviewed by Michael Scott. Not only did Scott praise the film for its incredibly compelling storyline, he also gave it sky-high marks for a gorgeous cinema scope HD video presentation and a Dolby Atmos mix that "sci-fi aficionados are going to LOVE." In other words, this is a reference film that will make your system – no matter how large or small – sing to glorious heights!

To win, your task is super simple. Click on the link for Michael Scott’s review (link) and leave a comment in the review thread. That’s it!

Here’s the fine print:

1. All entrants must be AV NIRVANA members (100% free and easy to join, including Facebook login) and live within the Continental United States. If you don’t live within the Continental US, you can still enter, but must provide us with a US-based international shipping forwarder if you win. Foreign winners will have two weeks to make shipping arrangements the forwarder and are responsible for all additional shipping fees and applicable taxes.
2. All previous Giveaway winners are free to enter.
3. The contest runs from January 12, 2018 through January 19, 2018 (9:00AM EST).

A friend of mine gave me the digital code for this movie. A blessing because I really don't have to buy the movie on BD anytime soon and a curse because streamed does not have Atmos and I am sure most of the audio is neutered especially the bass.

I may regret saying this... but put on a good pair of headphones and get the iPad/laptop fired up! Might make up for the lack of audio!
