REW Beta Release Where When and How to Update

I am using a Windows 10 64-bit machine. I have REQ v5.20 Beta 53 installed. I'd like to have the latest update to make some measurements. When I check for updates in REW, it shows me Beta 61 from Beta 60 is available. When I click the downloads, it opens a browser page showing v5.20 RC 11 in the main window dated May 9, 2019, and June 15, 2021 in the Top Downloads box. Eventually I get an option to download REW_windows-x64_5_20_RC11

I'm a bit confused on:
a) If this is the latest, why is it RC11 vs Beta 61?
b) If it isn't the latest, where can I find it?
c) Do I need to uninstall the current version if I want it removed or will the installer handle this for me?

The RC is for release candidate, I changed to that when I thought I was on the verge of releasing V5.20 but that turned out to be optimistic. RC11 is the latest. Can just install over the existing version.
