For me, it's Amazon...with eBay coming in second. I use Amazon because of Prime... and typically pre-order movies before they ship (which guarantees day-of delivery on release days). I save eBay (sometimes half.com) for older titles that I'm looking to collect (although the used offerings on Amazon usually take care of older titles, too... not to mention new discs of old titles often cost just as little).
