v47 linux build won't allow non SPL graph limits to be set

I did the following

* loaded an mdat
* went to IR tab
* clicked Limits
* dialog still shows the limits for an SPL chart

I can reopen the dialog after going back and forth between tabs but it still gets stuck on the SPL options

actually it updates v inconsistently so going to the GD tab did update the dialog once but then it didn't on another visit, not sure what the pattern is

Please check the log files to see if anything has been captured, or zip the log file folder and attach it. Behaves normally on Windows and macOS as far as I can see.

nothing in the logs

roomeq_wizard0.log.txt says
