Understanding RT60 Display

I have attached 2 screeenshots of the RT60 display for the left and right speakers. The speakers are full range electrostats. SS133 is the left speaker and 132 is the right speaker. The left speaker has a lateral null that shows at the 250Hz on the ED. The EDT looks fine as it pretty well matches the distance from the miicrophone to the speakers. The left speaker has a wall 6' from the center of hte speaker. The right speaker is about 17' from the right wall. The room has 286.6m3. I calculated Shroder freqauency and it showes a frequency of 92.15Hz at 600mS. This is close to the floor to ceiling height of 12' wave length 94Hz. If I use the 945mS decay time the Schroder frequency comes 112.87Hz.

Question: is the 945mS at the top of the graph the total RT60 time?

Question: Why is the decay time so high aaround 1KHz and what would cause this?
