umik-1 not being recognised when plugged in

hi guys, my lap top and my desktop doesn't recognised my umik-1 when i plug it in,

It comes up with "Device Descriptor Request failed"

I have no idea why, it worked fine a few days ago.
Any ideas as to why this has happened

I had similar issue snd John said to instal the latest trial development version where the issue is fixed. I’ll dmsed if I can fix the link

If that doesn't work, try a shorter USB cable. Ask me how I know!

Hi Guys, I tried installing v5.20.14,
and sure enough my mike was recognised, loaded up the cal file, tried to do a level check, then after that.....nothing worked, back to square one where the mik is not recognised
