UMIK-1/MacOS Thaoe not recognized as "MICROPHONE"

I'm unable to setup UMIK-1 in MacOS Thaoe as it is not properly recognized by REW as "MICROPHONE"

Tested with:
MacBook Pro 16 2019 (Intel)
macOS Thaoe (26.4 and .5)
privacy is set properly

The blank input is pretty odd, I see that too. Should still work fine with that selected though. I'll look into why it's blank, seems some output devices have blank output names as well.

This seems to a bug between Tahoe and the Java runtime, the names for the inputs and outputs on some devices are empty. Nonetheless, selecting the empty entry seems to work.
