FWIW, the left side list doesn't respond well to re-ordering attempts as consistently as it works in the "SPL & Phase" window.

Running on Debian Trixie Backports with XFCE and lightDM.

Also, the window elements don't always automatically repaint themselves with some popup windows coming up blank until you mouse over every widget in the window.

Also, Also, the 3D wav plots are REALLY COOL !!!

Works OK for me. By default it will try to move all the current selections, to move an individual measurement left click and hold until the move cursor appears. Here's the relevant help:

At the left hand side of the overlays window is the measurement selector, used to choose which measurements appear on the graphs. If measurements are in groups they will all be selected when the group is expanded and all deselected when the group is collapsed. Individual measurements can be selected or deselected by clicking on them. A range of measurements can be selected by left click and drag starting on an unselected measurement, or by clicking and then doing a Shift+left click at the end of the range.

The selected measurements can be rearranged by dragging them to a new position in the list. The drag must start from a selected measurement, otherwise it will be interpreted as a range selection. To move a single selected measurement to a new position click and hold on it until a move cursor appears then drag it to the new position. If the measurement list has focus (blue border around an entry) keyboard shortcuts to select all (Ctrl+A), cut (Ctrl+X) and paste (Ctrl+V) may also be used. Pasted measurements are placed before the first selected measurement or, if there are no selections, at the end of the list.

The measurement which is currently selected in the main REW window has a blue bar at the right hand side. A measurement can be made the current main window selection by double-clicking it.

That's an issue between the graphics driver and the Java runtime. There may be JVM runtime options that help, like the OpenGL option, but I don't know the current choices for Linux.
