(May 14, 2025) Trinnov Audio’s new global headquarters project is progressing steadily, and we’ve got exclusive photos to prove it. According to Trinnov’s Arnaud Destinay, the company expects to move into the administrative and corporate office spaces later this year, with the final buildout of laboratory and demonstration spaces wrapping up shortly after. As of now, the site is visibly taking shape—a modern structure nestled in greenery, mirroring Trinnov’s ambition to innovate in audio while honoring environmental integration.
The facility is located in the eastern greater Paris region and is notably well connected via the Grand Paris metro expansion. Once operational, a nearby metro station will link the facility directly to the city center in just 21 minutes and to Charles de Gaulle Airport in under 30, creating a strategic hub that’s easily accessible for international partners, press, and clients.
But this isn’t just another glass-and-steel office building. This is a purpose-built acoustic research and demonstration facility—a rare example of architecture driven by sound. Trinnov co-founder and CEO Arnaud Laborie has been deeply involved in the design for the last two years, guiding a vision that merges cutting-edge acoustic engineering with forward-thinking environmental and functional design.
Spanning nearly 48,500 square feet (4,500m²), the new headquarters includes more than 10,750 square feet (1,000m²) of world-class acoustic and listening spaces. Among the highlights:
- A full-size anechoic chamber measuring 26.2 x 26.2 x 26.2 feet (8m³)
- A passive variable acoustic room
- A critical listening room
- An immersive sound and active acoustics lab
- Dedicated spaces for electronic prototyping and testing
- A 1,940 square foot (180m²) multipurpose room seating 120, capable of transforming into a cinema, dubbing stage, or performance venue
- A 750 square foot (70m²) VIP private cinema demo room
- Three studio spaces (immersive Atmos, music production, and AV content creation)
- Classrooms, reception areas, and rooftop gardens
Interestingly, Trinnov notes that due to the team’s hands-on involvement in the design and build process, the cost of constructing the new HQ is expected to be half the cost of renting an equivalent space in the same area. Roughly one-third of the building is also set to be leased out over the next decade, helping to offset investment costs.
