(May 11, 2026) Trinnov Audio has announced a new Extended Care Plan for owners of its Altitude16 and Altitude32 processors, a move that reinforces one of the company’s long-standing selling points: unusually strong long-term product support in a category where hardware refresh cycles are short and, frankly, expected. The new program allows owners to extend professional support of their processors from a standard 5-year period to a full decade of factory-backed maintenance coverage. Notably, the plan is available to both new and existing owners, including those with products already outside their original warranty windows.

Set to roll out across the United States and European Union first, the Extended Care Plan includes annual remote System Health Audits designed to proactively monitor processor performance and identify potential issues before they become larger problems. Trinnov says the program also gives authorized dealers priority access to the company’s global support team for faster technical resolution when service is needed.

Factory maintenance is included in the plan, covering genuine replacement parts and specialist labor performed directly through Trinnov facilities. The coverage is also fully transferable if the processor changes ownership, a detail that should help strengthen long-term resale value on the used market.

The company is also opening enrollment to legacy Altitude owners whose original 5-year warranty coverage has already expired. Regardless of processor age, eligible owners can enroll and receive five additional years of maintenance coverage, effective on the date of enrollment. That legacy enrollment window remains open through December 31, 2026, and Trinnov notes that Altitude32 units purchased before April 2022 may require hardware component upgrades at the owner’s expense in order to qualify for the program.

While pricing has not yet been publicly detailed, Trinnov says rates for the Extended Care Plan will remain fixed through the end of 2026. Owners interested in enrollment or regional availability should contact an authorized Trinnov dealer.
