Final Score:

The Blu-ray presents this milestone with all the visual and sonic polish we've come to expect from Eagle Rock. The video is presented in 1080p with beautifully saturated color that highlights the tropical setting and infectious energy of the crowd. The production is first-rate, capturing both sweeping drone shots of the massive audience and intimate close-ups of the band at work. Audio is available in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and LPCM Stereo, both of which deliver superb dynamics, clarity, and punch.
Set List:
- Jumpin' Jack Flash
- It's Only Rock 'n' Roll (But I Like It)
- Out of Control
- Angie
- Paint It Black
- Honky Tonk Women
- You Got the Silver
- Midnight Rambler
- Gimme Shelter
- Sympathy for the Devil
- Brown Sugar
- You Can't Always Get What You Want
- (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction
The setlist draws heavily from the Stones’ classic catalog—“Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Paint It Black,” “Honky Tonk Women,” “Gimme Shelter,” “Brown Sugar,” and “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction”—played with raw energy and an edge that belies their decades-long career. But the track that stood out most for me was “Out of Control,” a deeper cut from their 1998 album Bridges to Babylon.
It’s a moody, bluesy number that builds into a swirling frenzy, and in this performance, it becomes a showcase of everything that made the Stones great. Mick Jagger prowls the stage with intensity, his vocals urgent and biting, and when he whips out the harmonica late in the song, you can feel the electricity between him and Keith Richards. The two lock in near the end of the song, sharing the spotlight in a moment of unscripted magic—a reminder of how powerful they were in their heyday and how much chemistry they still have when the groove hits just right.
If you're a Stones fan—or simply a fan of landmark live performances—Havana Moon belongs in your Blu-ray collection. It's both a celebration and a farewell, immortalizing the Stones in front of an audience that had waited a lifetime to see them.
