The Last Kingdom - Season 5

Years ago I had started watching the first episode of this series, thought it not so good, and moved on.
As frequently happens though, I find myself with nothing really compelling to watch and for some reason, Netflix was always suggesting this. A couple years after the initial rejection, I finally succumbed and it’s remained one of my favorite Netflix series since. Fair to say I like historical dramas and I also enjoyed the show, Vikings. Until Ragnar’s demise, that is.

I think I also saw only the first season. I may have to revisit this one.

As for Vikings, yeah, after Ragar exit, I lost interest.

I caught the first couple episodes of season 4 last night. Wish I hadn’t. Very disjointed and some not good acting to go along with it. Huge let down after seasons 1 to 3.

If you liked Vikings then I think you’ll like the first 4 seasons and there’s no cliff hanger at the end of any of them.
For grins I just checkedthe IMDB rating. 8.5/10.
