Testing Individual Drivers in a "9.1.4" Samsung HW-Q950T Soundbar System

Tried to test my soundbar system with REW with limited results (REW recognized 8 channels, but test tones only appeared to come from front L & R; Center; and rear L&R, and no Sub sound).

Is there a downloadable program with discrete test tones that will cover all of the channels - 9.1.4?

Not sure what problem you hit; I've used REW with 7.1 output to a Q950A and Q990D. You can find REW compatible frequency sweeps in that post and pink noise files in that post.
