I'd make Santa sleep in another bedroom for a couple of days to teach her a lesson ;)

My wife and I watched the movie twice now. We loved it. But, we are Nolan fans. It's tough to wrap you head around moving through time. Add to that what you are experiencing hasn't happened yet is truly mind blowing. There was nothing boring about this movie, for instance, watching people moving backwards. The military split in to two groups, one moving forward while the other is moving backward through time is a tough concept to grasp. All in all, we will watch it several more times as we did with inception.

My objection? The poor dialog. What was Nolan thinking?

My copy is waiting for me at Best Buy. I’m a big Nolan fan as well, so I hope I fall into your camp, Marcus!

Alrighty. Watched Tenet. I really enjoyed it... and think it's going to sink in as a great film after I get a chance to view it a few more times.

I loved the stressed and gritty audio, and the cadence of the film. I turned on subtitles about 10 minutes into the flick and that helped to open up the storyline. The fact that Nolan had multiple layers of time colliding is a.bit of a mind-bender, and I'm still chomping away on it (ligically, speaking).

I wish Nolan would STOP flipping between 16:9 and cinemascope (which I believe was 2.20:1). My screen is fixed 2.35:1, so I end up watching films like this in cinemascope with some overhang during the IMAX shots.

Overall, I think this is going to gradually gain appreciation as a great film. Although, I don't think it's as good as some of Nolan's other masterpieces, with Inception, Dark Knight, Momento, and Insterllar (particularly Interstellar) being his best films.

I watched this last night and I have to rewatch it. I missed lots of detail as I was tired before starting it. The video quality is stunning and the sound track is incredibly dynamic, one of the most dynamic discs I've ever played. Bass in this flick is a beast and will kick you in the chest again and again throughout most of the movie. Sweet Baby Geezus..my chest is still sore!!!

I got about 10-15 minutes into the movie... stopped it... turned on subtitles and restarted it. It's one of those you just can't miss anything.

This is great advice to turn on subtitles. I'll watch it again.
