SVS Sound is one great company to deal with. I recently decided to upgrade my (4) SB16 Subs to (4) of their newly released SB-5000 R|Evolution Subwoofers.
I contacted SVS Sound and asked if there was an upgrade path for me to make the change to their new release SB-5000.
Ryan Farmer was the service agent who took my call and explained in detail the steps required for the SVS Upgrade Program and made sure to answer all of my questions.
He provided excellent email communication and phone contact throughout the process start to finish and this was one smooth upgrade from beginning to end.
SVS Sound made all the shipping arrangements and it was totally painless sending and receiving.

I now have (4) SB-5000 Subwoofers in my theater room and although the new subwoofers are slightly smaller (16in woofer to 15in woofer) the improvements are many.
These (4) SB-5000 Subwoofers are smoother and react faster to the movie audio than the larger SB16 subwoofers did. There is absolutely no localization of bass in my theater room.
There is also a big improvement in the mid-bass blending with my GoldenEar Triton One.R's

While the SB-5000 subs are not their top of the line which are the SB17 Ultra, I am glad SVS offers the SB-5000 which unlike the SB17 Ultra were within my budget.

Great company, no doubt. Congrats on the new subs. :T

Show us some pics of them set up in your room.
