In my basement, which is 21' X 11' X 7'+ I have a 6.0 Home Theater Set up and Music Room.
For HT I have a Denon AVR X4000. Also have a Parasound P6 Pre-amp, ATI 2-CH 500 wpc
power amp, AudioLab CD Transport, Yamaha Blu-ray player and a Thorens TD-318 TT currently
with a Nagaoka MP-110 MM Cartridge.
Speakers are an older set of ALTA Audio Lelantos Tower speakers, 92 pounds each, 50 - 200 wpc,
they play down to 26 Hz and sensitivity is 91.5 db. Center, surrounds and single back speakers
are from Cambridge Soundworks. The room is treated with acoustic foam wedges, at early
listening spots, the four corners have floor to ceiling bass traps walls are spaced out with
other objects like small book cases so the echo the room used to have is gone.
Planning to get a Willsenson R8 all Tube power amp and also a quality subwoofer
like a REL to complete the set up. Any SW suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You have a collection of good kit there!
So far as brands and models are concerned, there are any number of good candidates. Having good placement and enough displacement for the room size and your volume requirements will be as or more important. Also, multiple subwoofers are almost always better than one for achieving a smoother response.
I think your opportunity may be getting more for your money with an internet direct manufacturer. SVS Sound, PSA (Power Sound Audio), HSU and Rythmik all make quality products and have reputations for excellent customer service. I’d suggest calling or emailing any or all of them for their recommendations.
