soundcard calibration

Good evening, I have an important question. Does the sound card need calibration? If so, is it possible with Audiolense? I say this because I calibrated my PreSonus Studio 24c with REW and finally found that I had a few dB drop below 100z...all of this then led to a lack of about 3 dB in the low end of my mixes (after correcting the EQ without calibrating the sound card).
