Sonarworks XREF20 with usb preamp

Hi i recentrly purchased a Sonarworks XREF20 together with the t.bone usb preamp. Will this preamp affect the calibration file;

It might have an effect at the frequency extremes, depending on where it rolls off at low and high frequencies, it should (one would hope) be flat elsewhere.

Ok thanks i measured my tweeters at 1cm they are within 2 db from 2k to 15k because when measuring from 1m the variation is within 7db and i thought they needed replacement but i guess it is the room that causes it.
