I am planning to use three miniDSP units for six subs, two inputs from FLEX to one pair, two from another FLEX to a second pair and two inputs from a 2X4HD to the final pair. There are four subs in the front, two stacked. I think it may be better to just use one FLEX unit to four LFE subs so I can sum them into one. The 2X4HD is connected to two Open Baffle subs as L&R Front. The OB subs would not work as LFE but I could make another pair of L&R rear subs using the 2X4HD. My concern is that I cannot sum separate miniDSP units but I can sum four outputs from one unit. I'm attaching a drawing.

I was told that REW doesn't care which miniDSP outputs it is sweeping. You can sum the output of one DSP sub pair with the output of another. If this is true, my problem is solved. I'll use all three units.

I think the main thing you'll run into is a massive delay. I ran 2 daisy-chained MiniDSP's for multiple subs and the delay was very high

Thanks tjc, I'm only going to use two FLEX units. I will sum four corner subs for the one LFE output of my Lyngdorf MP60 2.1. And the other FLEX for a pair of Front L&R subs. The MP 60 sees the L&R subs as output 13&14 (Aux outputs). There is a lot to learn in this process and I appreciate your help.

Not sure what your configuration goal with the subs is... Four subs in front and two in the back seems like the making of a double bass array system... You will probably want a multi channel speaker management system for that or multichannel DAC with convolution... EQ ,phase and timing management seems like the big features your looking for... Xillica, Behringer, DBX etc...

The Lyngdorf MP60 2.1 is an AV processor that has 16 XLR outs. Output 6 is dedicated to LFE. Using REW and FLEX to combine sweeps of four corner subs into one virtual sub. Originally I was planning to replace the GR Open Baffle subs with the F12SE Rythmik subs but I decided to make the F12 subs part of four LFE virtual subs and use the Open Baffle subs as Front L&R subs which will become part of the Front Magnepan 3.1 Front speakers.
I'm attaching an updated picture.
