Save RTA data individually

Please help me.
I want to save these 16 data individually.
If I press Cerrent, an error appears, such as a pop-up [An error has occurred].

1. [Save inputs to independent measurements] is checked in [input Selection].
2. Both Java and REW are up to date.

Is there any way?

That's a bug that was reported last week, it has been fixed for the next V5.20.14 early access build which should be later this week, in the meantime you have two options:

- You can save the measurement without selecting the individual option. All the measurements are included with the average, so you can see individual traces by adjusting the averaging of the saved measurement to exclude the others. You can also use the Response copy option in the All SPL graph to copy the average so you can have different averaging versions displayed at the same time.

- You can revert to V5.20.7, which does not have that bug.
