Room EQ Wizard not installing on MacOS 13.0 Ventura

I am trying to install REW to my laptop for some university coursework, however it is not installing. The installer disappears and stays in the macbook dock at the bottom, but nothing happens. This has happened before as I previously used REW for some coursework a few months ago, and my workaround was using a beta version, however i can no longer find the beta version that i used online as I uninstalled the program once I had finished. Does anyone know if there is a beta or newer version I can use that works with macOS 13.0? I am on a 2020 macbook pro with an intel chip, and have tried installing REW v5.20.13.

For 5.20.13 on Ventura set the theme to Light (not Auto or Dark) to run the installer. Otherwise install the 5.20.14 early access build.
