REW shows no change in crossover settings

I use a JL Audio CR-1 crossover. When I turn the subs off but keep the crossover on and change the crossover on the mains, the REW sweep shows no change. Even though I have it set to 80 Hz, the sweep shows the inflection point to be around 110 Hz. It stays there if it's set to 50 or 150 Hz. When I play pink noise and change the crossover in real time and use the Octave RTA app on my iPhone, I see the high pass curve changing, so I believe the CR-! is working. Any suggestion on how to get the sweeps to reflect the new crossover settings?

Your description suggests that the signal path when measuring with REW and when playing pink noise is different. If the signal path is the same, the sweep WILL show the effect of the crossover.
