real time analyst?

It's been a while since I used REW...

Created Cal file using Scarlett Solo looped back...
Installed Parametric EQ in loop and made measurement...
All looks as expected...

Is there any way to see the measurement in "near real time" as I adjust the EQ?

You could play pink periodic noise and use the RTA, suitable RTA settings are included in the linked help.
