question about REW

Can i ask a question about REW in relation to sound nuisance at my home location ?

Can REW record in compressed format like mp3 or only in wav ?
Is it possible to record in REW, only when the sound is above and/or under a certain noise level ?

As far as the last remark, what i meant is it capable to do a automatic recording ?

REW is a measurement application, not a recording application, if you want to record sound try something like Audacity. REW can log sound levels using the SPL logger.
