Problems with REW_linux_no_jre_5_20_14ea17.sh on the Raspberry Pi 4

I tried the latest versions of REW and when I measure the impedance the program crashes and I have to close it.
The error also occurs when I carry out the impedance calibration.

In the REW_linux_no_jre_5_20_14ea17.sh version the impedance measurement works correctly.

At the moment my solution provides the S.O. Raspberry OS 32bit version, with the 64bit version I have some problems with waterfall graphs.
