Problem activating REW software

I have downloaded REW on to my MacBook. This puts a Java folder in my dock, when I click on this folder I have a few options, the main one being "Setup-REW", but this is greyed out so I can't select it. I can't get any further than this so am unable to load the software on to my computer. Not sure what I can do from here, any help would be greatly appreciated!
